Following the brief online speculation that President Donald Trump had suffered a medical emergency, or even died, conservative strategist and co-founder of the Lincoln Project Rick Wilson laid out what a post-Trump world may look like, and what revelations would follow, in a column published Wednesday.
“When Donald Trump dies, the myth will begin to decay almost instantly; his cult will keep the flame alive for a while, but the records will outlive the rally faithful,” Wilson wrote on his Substack “Against All Enemies."
“History will not remember him as a king, or a savior. History will remember him as a small, ugly, sick man who happened to seize great power, who wielded it recklessly, and who left behind a trail of destruction, corruption and cowardice unmatched in American history.”
Sticking with Trump’s health, Wilson predicted that following Trump’s passing, a trove of documents related to his physical and mental condition would be unearthed, documents that would reveal that his “cardiac and mental decline was charted in careful, hidden memos.”
Wilson also anticipated that revelations around the president’s ties with Jeffrey Epstein – the convicted sex offender who died in 2019 awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges – would come to light, and made several startling predictions about who in Trump’s cabinet may be held to account for potentially covering up those ties.
“Epstein’s web of power, blackmail, and sexual exploitation reached deep into America’s elite, and we’ll learn Trump was in the thick of it,” Wilson wrote. “The [Justice Department’s] illegal Epstein coverup and corrupt pardon of Ghislaine Maxwell will unravel, and by the end, [Attorney General] Pam Bondi, [Deputy Attorney General] Todd Blanche, [FBI Director] Kash Patel, and [FBI Deputy Director] Dan Bongino will be in prison.”
Details on Trump’s business dealings, many of which have enriched the president to the tune of billions of dollars, would also be laid to bare following his passing, Wilson noted, details that he argued history would not look well upon.
“The Trumpcoin scams, the garbage social media platform, the grifty deals with foreign powers, the bribes for pardons…all of it will be seen for what it is; a criminal enterprise, a mobster bustout of an entire nation,” Wilson wrote.
“History will learn about the shell companies, the overseas accounts, the backroom deals where American policy was auctioned off like a Mar-a-Lago dinner table.”
Ultimately, Wilson argued that through the wave of revelations following the president’s passing, a clear picture of Trump would be painted: that of someone whose “only interest was control.”

BREAKING: A retired Army Major General just issued a SAVAGE response to Trump’s misuse of National Guard troops to invade Democratic cities. Major General Paul Eaton did NOT hold back as he told the out-of-control president that his actions are both wrong AND dangerous. His epic statement below:
Eaton issued a statement that condemned Trump’s deployment of military forces to Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Memphis, Chicago, and, soon, Portland, Oregon.
"The National Guard, when federalized, is no different from the active force. As a retired Soldier, I am calling this out for what it is - and what others who have served surely recognize - a horrifying misuse of our military,” the retired Major General began.
"Using the National Guard has become a pattern for Trump. This isn't the first time or city we've seen this tactic used, but it needs to be the last.. Using the military to create political theater as a means of distraction is nothing more than intimidation. Make no mistake - the deployment of active duty Marines and federalized California National Guard in Los Angeles was blatant political intimidation, as well,” Eaton continued.
"Right now, Republicans are lying about abysmal job numbers and trying to gerrymander Texas because they can't run on their record. The National Guard should not be called upon to pose for photographs and intimidate residents to make Trump look tough on crime,” the VoteVets advisor angrily pointed out.
"Trump himself refused to activate the Guard when our Capitol was under attack; he should be embarrassed he is activating them now - specifically in blue state cities - to be the shiny object during an already failed presidency," Eaton concluded his comments.
Retired Major General Eaton made his remarks before this morning’s hastily called assembly of all of the nation’s senior military personnel where Trump and his newly re-named Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, further outlined their plans to illegally transform our country’s military into a domestic occupation force while abandoning our commitments to our European allies at a point when they face the greatest threat from Russian aggression since the end of the Cold War.
The only comfort the American public has left at this point is the knowledge that at least some former senior military officials (and hopefully at least some of the active-duty generals and admirals) recognize the danger that Trump presents to our democracy and to the stability of the modern world order.

Of course, Jack. There is no ANTIFA. It's just an idea. There are no paid agitators being sent all over the country to foment mayhem and violence. It's just a coincidence that all the tents at all the campus takeovers were identical and brand new. No one really saw all those videos of skinny soy boys dressed all in black at virtually every single riot the past few years. No face masks were handed out at the riots in LA last Spring. None of that is true.
