One booth I visited there was the Jobs & Employment Fair. I'd popped in out of curiosity to see who was hiring & for what. But there were just 3 Employers hiring...for anything.

Whereas in previous years/conferences there were dozens of employers hiring for programmers, artists, filmmakers, engineers, MBAs, this time it was 'positions of interest' . or AI specialists with 10 years & a PhD in computer engineering. The cupboard was indeed bare.

But...this had merely confirmed what I heard when I eavesdropped on the conversations of corporate insiders and billionaires a few years before. That the big entertainment houses were gonna replace their artists, actors, production staff and eventually actors with AI. And they had all these wealthy partners in wealthy sheiks of Arab Gulf states. Hence Trump's recent visits to the Middle East to collaborate with them.

They're all in it on it together just like the News reports. They are 'the Elites' & they are very real.

So some wealthy Sheikh could have as much or more influence on determining our futures as our own political leaders in the West. They push AI & robotics just to enrich themselves. Not to improve our lives and make things better.

Dr. James Thorne. A Canadian who seems to be pro Trump. Has his PhD from York University , a respected institution



Now...I actually don't like what he says or supports. Nor do I agree with him.

That being said...he's quite astute. Understands economics & the markets very well. He manages a successful wealth fund, probably a multimillionaire himself.

Reason I mention him is provides advice and insights where they are headed.

Above all he seems to have a good track record in his predictions in the past. So if you're trying to plan where you might park your money & where to invest in the future, then Thorne is worth listening to.

I don't like AI either, but Thorne is very bullish on it & so far he's been correct about its impact & which sectors will prove most profitable.

Given the Backdrop of what Jikh & Thorne see coming, I'd say commodities will continue to rise in price Lex @The Prowler . and not just Gold or Silver. But copper or any other which power AI & the Internet.

So...I suspect that copper mining companies and stocks will do well over the next 5 years. Uranium too. Especially since Carney talked about developing Nuclear reactors in Ontario. Of course natural gas too.



Anyway I noticed that after Carney's speech in Ottawa that the copper mining stocks like Imperial Metals went up. Algoma Steel as well. I bought shares in them at $4.90 per share. Now it's close to $1 higher.

They're gonna need a lotta steel and pipelines for these projects. Or the military if they plan on creating more jobs in Canada, Prowler.

Also if Carney said he wants to double exports outside the US that probably means natural gas and oil, which would be good for those stocks.

Railroad companies in Canada will probably do well too.

Just an opinion , hunch.
