My parents robbed me every year and handed out shit like Rockets. To bad here now kids are discouraged from ringing doorbells and people are supposed to leave candy out in a bucket and work on the honor system..

I bought candy for the trick 'n treaters. Three bags full, three bags full.
. But only one group of 4 little lambs came to the door.
These were the small fun size, essentially one bite unless you are a very small kid.
I sampled a total of 7 pieces (over 3 days)
which was very daring for me since too much chocolate can make me sick.

I left 7 pieces for my upstairs neighbor in a liquor store bag at her mailbox.
To this point I have received nothing reportable in return.
. Now I have all this damn candy and will throw it out,
though I can not help but think of all the candyless children in Africa.

Okay, just a quick followup on the disposition of the remaining candy.
. Had reason to talk to my sweet little neighbor and she was more than happy to take the rest of the candy off my hands, saying she was a hummingbird living mainly on sugar. Stuffed her pockets and gave be two warm long hugs - one for the first candies, and one for the second. Wish I had more candy. Next year I may get an Arty Johnson costume. Anyway, it was a nice reward from a cutey sprite.
