You should learn to read.
.You want to shut a company who employs people down, putting those people out of work, rather than penalizing the decision maker directly with prison time. When you shut a company down, ya mowran, you put people out of work and leave the consumer who that company services in one or another way w/o that service.
If you'd fucking ever been involved in a business, if you'd lived in a community which that business serves, you wouldn't need that explained to you.
