I agree. Just like the Whitey Bulger deadly beating when he arrived to a Federal prison from a processing center prison and was allowed to be around general population inmates. He was notorious and had a rat jacket so he should have been "walk alone" protective custody (PC) inmate. But that's the Federal system for you which is the most careless in the nation.
