Well here is the statement I made to the pigs.
On the 19th of January I was cycling down xxxxxxx drive and slowing as I approached the junction when a lady walked out into the road with her son unaware of my approach. She looked and stopped halfway when I rang my bell and I swerved left to pass her leaving a big gap between us.
It was then that a car passed at the junction who wound down his window and said I was in wrong, I replied “I wasn’t fuck off”. I then turned right into xxxxxx lane behind this driver and cycled up the inside where upon he pulled over left rolled his window down and waved his phone at me saying “I will make you famous on the internet. I told him to fuck off again and pulled back as I prepared to pass him on the outside.
He got out of his car blocking my route and bore down on me holding his phone out and when got to close I swung at him and he went on the ground. He got back up and this routine repeated a few times. I broke of his rear wiper and threw it at him on one approach and he also shouted at me “I have my nine year old son in the car” to which I replied “Well get in your car and fuck of then!”. His son also screamed at him to get in the car and go.
I got past him and his car and got on my bike to leave when he came up from behind pushing me of onto the verge. I got straight up and punched him and he went down on the ground again. I then remounted my cycle and started down xxxxxxx. After about 50 yards I noticed he was at my left knee pulling up on the inside of the road shouting at me. I struck his drivers wing mirror with my fist then noticed there was no traffic approaching so I swerved across the road and onto the pavement. This is where we parted.
I made a report to the police about the incident when I got a message from a friend saying there was a post by a women claiming I hit her and various respondents were replying that they would hunt me down and sort me out. I saw that he was using his girlfriends phone to maintain anonymity so I reported this to police. Since then I have found out that he is a school teacher which explains his secretive behaviour. This person xxxxxx not on obstructed harassed and assaulted me unprovoked but used a car as a weapon against me then incited violence on the internet against me which I believe is a breach of the malicious communications act.
Well thats the honest truth, his statement was that he spoke to me then I threw my bike down and snapped of his wiper and started whipping the car and then him with it and then I punched him.
Obviously plod didn't believe him as someone that nutty would have a long sheet of offences, and he was claiming 2 injuries and one punch. the pigs ditched the assault claim and I went to court on a criminal damage charge as technically I did it. There was no receipt for the repair(it was a snap on wiper). So the court didn't like all the BS and the prosecutor dropped the charge after a word from the judge.
And there you have it, I had flu at the time or the other guy would have needed an ambulance.
