I live in a blue district in a middle class suburb subdivision where pretty much everyone understands what a conservative is.

I have no fucking idea where you get "all liberals are conservative" because absolutely no one is saying that.

I said all of the actual liberals are right wing. The window shifted. Do you understand what that means? You are stuck 20 years ago.

YOU dont know what a conservative is. You are misusing "conservative'. You are using it in a very intellectually lazy way as some catch all for everyone on the right.

The right? That's a political term with no doubt varying definitions.
As I told you many times, I do not use the terms Liberal and conservative primarily as political term at all, they only have some translation into politics. You like to talk about religious training...see if you can read the teachings of the early pre-Nicea Christians and even the 4 Gospels of the Bible (not as the literalist you are) with insight, and then when you understand that Jesus and those early seekers were consummate Liberals (Bhaktis) and those like you and MAGA (and certainly many Demos/"progressives" etc) are those wallowing in the muck of the sensate world refusing to evolve, seeking only division/separation, and despising Unity (aka conservatives), then you may take a first step in knowing what the words actually mean.

I have a friend who accidently broke his girlfriends arm while they were out on service calls (they run a repair business) and he told me the ER was full of people with this lettuce plague lol.

No one has died but its tearing people up for sure. I have another friend who had it and was down for days.

So far so good in my house and I banned my kids from eating any lettuce out of the home lol. No foriegn lettuce. Absolutely NO Taco Bell.

Dumb ass. If its from the lettuce its going to be from large commercial brands of BAGGED lettuce.

You absolutely lower your exposure but NOT getting the bagged produce or the commercial brands.

If you are getting produce from a local farmer over the grocery store brands you absolutely cut your risk of getting food born illnesses from produce. Of COURSE there is always SOME risk, but MY risk is significantly lower because I avoid buying produce that is most likely to be contaminated.

I know that risk mitigation is really fucking hard for liberals for some reason.

Its pretty interesting how you dolts dont even have the common sense to understand how getting produce from a Farmers Market (buying organic) is going to be safer than getting it from a grocery store.

How many people have handled that commercial lettuce you think?

You should stop talking about food safety in public. There is NO Correlation of a higher degree of safety between the farmers markets or Krogers.

Are you fucking retarded? How does produce get contaminated with a parasite? Hmm? Could it be contaminated water and the irrigation? Fecal matter? Contaminated soil?

All you have to do is READ about how it gets into the produce and use common sense. If you are getting produce from an actual farmer who is growing it and following proper irrigation and safety standards and you dont have 100s of people coming into contact with it and you wash it really good, you are lowering your risk of...not just THIS parasite but several food born illnesses people pick up from bagged produce. You think this is the first time bags of greens have been contaminated?

Ive been using local farmers for YEARS starting back when there was contaminated Dole salads.

And it isnt Farmers in my area who are being investigated and linked to this out break.

Go ahead and go eat bagged lettuce and greens until the government tells you "hey we found the source was Dole again" or whatever distributor it is this time. Its not on me to change years of what I KNOW cuts our risk of getting contaminated food just because you idiots have a new headline you want to experts in.

When I was selling cars people would often ask “how many owners?” The thinking being that one owner is somehow preferable to two owners. Depending on the customer I’d respond with “would you rather buy the car owned by one Oscar Madison or two Felix Ungers?” It doesn’t really matter how many hands touch the head of lettuce, it only matters if one contaminated hand touches it.

As a supply chain guy, I can say with ease that your statement is ignorant. Each hop, cross docking, and supermarket employee on it brings with it hands, environmental, and machinery problems with it. If you get sick from eating your own lettuce or produce your neighbour or family member grew.... you've won the diarrhea lottery... you've got the Unicorn Shits. That's why food retailers and processors have to issue recalls.
