Anyway as for the exact composition of the bill there have been numerous articles written about it. Some of the spending, like the aid to small businesses or the direct $1400 payments to some but not all people, I can justify. The vast majority of it seems to be "aid to states" which is just bailouts for bad policies which existed prior to covid as well as endless specific named giveaways to various Democrat interest groups none of which should ever get public money.

If you don't have that, then you don't have any meat to bite into with your argument.
You should spend more effort looking into your sources before forming an opinion about something. As I said before, pork is to be expected in US politics. Both teams do it. They did it with the last stimulus bills. Anyone who didn't expect it to happen this time is foolish. Democrats are not 'my team'. My only team is the truth and well, your article isn't it.

I will give you that the final language has not been finalized. Several drafts have been proposed and none have looked any good so far. Especially given that the government still has $1 trillion from the last stimulus which it hasn't bothered to spend yet.

Not sure where you heard about 1 trillion.
Trump fired the person who was supposed to be reporting stimulus spending to the public (which was a stipulation of the CARES act) so we don't really know where the money went. When Obama passed his stimulus they had a website you could go to and see. Not sure how this one will go as far as reporting goes.

Details on the $1 trillion from the first two rounds of stimulus which are still sitting in the bank unspent. Some of it has been sitting for a year now. Yet dems claim there is an urgent need for almost $2 trillion more.

I don't think I've ever heard of anybody that is more true for than Donald Trump. Most politicians just lie by omission or obfuscation but he was clearly totally inept at doing that because he thinks all his crazy conspiracy theories are right.
He has signaled to QAnon in his speeches (the whole tippy top thing) and caused a failed insurrection at the capitol. I don't know what more people need to see to understand that he's a vile piece of shit. I would've rather had Nixon, or Reagan, or George Bush, or literally anybody else be president.
