I can honestly say, yes. They could have allowed contractors to stay at select bases so that the Afghans could do basic things like keep the power and water running on military bases and in cities. They could have mode provisions so that the American contractors could repair aircraft and vehicles so they could stay in the fight. They could have actually used contractors to I sure Afghan soldiers got basic things like their pay, food to eat, and little stuff like ammunition to fight with.

Pentagon brass pleaded with Biden and Harris to allow that but Biden deliberately wrecked any and all hope of the Afghan military being able to resist when he:

1) Made sure no soldier would get paid.
2) Made sure no soldier would have food to eat.
3) Made sure no soldier would have ammo to use to defend themselves or theor positions .
4) Not only ruled out any American Air support or supply support but also made sure none of the Afghan planes or helicopters also could not fly.
5) Without US experts the Afghans could neither keep the lights on nor the water running nor even the sewers functioning.

ALL of the experts told Biden this and Biden said he didn't fucking care. So, hell, YES, all of this is Biden and Harris's fucking fault and everyone told them this would happen. He is the leader and the buck stops with him (mental potato that he is).

The Afghan military had been paying the salaries, providing all food and supplies, as well as all ammunition and equipment to afghan forces. Biden wouldn't even allow American co tractors to remain so the entire Afghan Air Forces couldn't fly. They could not fuel, arm, or repair any of the advanced aircraft or helicopters the US gave them. The Afghan government was unable or to corrupt (probably a combo of both) to provide any salaries to soldiers, any ammo to soldiers, or even provide food or fuel to soldiers. That is why the US and US contractors were doing that to begin with.
