When they say "systemic racism", what that means(whether the followers who parrot it realize it or not), is that the very liberal order of the country provides an umbrella for racism. That the Constitution, Bill Of Rights, and individual liberties all protect racists and "racist systems"......and they must be taken apart.

No one has a coherent plan on what to replace all this with.....which is terrifying, but they want it all dismantled. It's a big step towards making America the world's biggest authoritarian shit hole and using the plight of black Americans stuck under the weight of decades of bad Democrat policies as the justification of dismantling the country.
