It is certainly complex. The vast majority of fetuses are aborted in the first trimester. Only 1% are aborted after the 21st week of pregnancy. And most of those reasons are related to developmental issues with the fetus or problems with the mother's health.

Texas wants this ultimate birther society but then doesnt want to support these mother's or children.

It takes a lot money, resources & commitment to bring children into the world and raise them properly.
