My ex used to take my son with him to cut his hair with this transwoman. My boy got a little older and asked me one day "Is Rafa a boy or a girl, mom?"

I was kinda like, shit how the fuck do I answer that? Rafa had a very bass voice. I decided that we should respect Rafa's choices. Rafa dressed as a woman, had implants, make up, her longish hair...etc. I said "a girl". My son just kind of shook his head and said ok.

He figured it out over time, never was "traumatized", never was offended or scared. He's very much a kid of his age, he doesn't hate gays or trans, just sees them as people.

But it's a PRIVATE company. So the owner gets to run it how he wants. He can fire and hire who he wants for any reason. He isnt violating anyones "free speech". He isnt trying to bring charges. He just fired someone over their attitude towards his company. That's not a violation of anything.

A private business has that freedom.

Government workers or people who work for places that receive our tax funding shouldnt get fired for their politcal beliefs. Unless they are pushing them on others. Like a coach getting fired for liking a pro Trump post.
