This world is a clusterfuck. And because of that, we have all these fucked up things you see.

As much as we hate being controlled, it's inevitable. Even without science and technology, we were already a destructive species. Many places had native forests destroyed, even before the chainsaw was invented.

After we reached the knowledge we currently have today, we became a lot more dangerous. We had the ability to destroy the whole planet.

So, a sort of control had to start existing. Like nuclear proliferation, imagine if all countries were allowed to have nukes? We probably wouldn't be here anymore.

And you still have depletion of natural resources and pollution.

I have to be honest, I'm very close to stop caring and blaming people, even the controlling elite. Things are what they are. The complexity of humans, plus the fact that we're all stuck on this planet for the long term, makes things pretty much walk in one direction - complete and total control.
