Good morning Larry,
It's not easy to keep a forum running and active these days. With social media giants like FB out there many people lose interest in traditional forums like this. XF software certainly helps us though. We may not be the biggest forum out there but I think that we are doing pretty good as far as activity and entertainment goes. It's much easier to get to know each other better here as well. Big forums like IGN for example, make it tough to really get to know people on a deeper level.

Morning dude, I am the type that thinks social media is a bigger waste of time than cable TV. Places like here are far more superior IMHO.

I think so too but FB and X are clearly doing something right to have so many members. I also think that many members on those sites and others like it, are way too generous in posting images of themselves and even pi. I also find those sites very dangerous for children for that reason too.

I just tried something similar to this with my landlord.. utterly wasted. Lets just say I thought I had right words coming out of my mouth and sounding legit but in reality he couldn't understand a word I was saying and told me to "Fuck off and just pay your damn rent." Ugh

I just logged in there. LOL I can't remember what-all happened with the forums and what was going on at the time. A lot of familiar names and some that I had almost forgotten about.
