Reactions have been mostly negative...700 for a boost in FPS when playing games in quality mode, certain games, mainly the ones sony made, having improved graphics, and no disc drive.

If your PS5 is not hooked up to a 4K tv, there is no point in getting a Ps5 pro you aint gonna see any improvement and if you are using 4k why waste 700 dollars for a slight graphical upgrade and no disc drive. On social media Sony is getting roasted for releasing this overpriced console that probably only the rich Twitch streamers will buy.

If you buy digital you don't own the content. Hell, you don't even own access to it because they could delete it off their servers after so long.

Not only that but buying a cd meant you had the game on cd. Not anymore. The cd just proof you bought the game. The cd is the key, the proof. The game is still on their servers.

Both people pay 70 bucks for a game.

Another thing I forgot to mention.

Blu ray came out. Regular dvds still exist.

Audiophiles want the highest quality but most people can't tell the difference or don't care enough to pay more for "higher fidelity".

Regular dvds are good enough so while blu ray exists... blu ray didn't destroy the regular dvd market.

I suspect only sony fanboys & people who have to have the next best thing, will buy the ps5 pro.

For everyone else. The regular dvd is good enough and the regular ps5 is fucking good enough.

I think this could very well fail.... in this economy. Not being political. Just being real.

If ps5 pro was released during stimulous checks. It would rock hard.
