You need to switch up your method of consuming. Maybe a mix of edibles and flower. Try a hybrid too.
I never get super high because I'm just trying to manage bilateral sciatica pain and anxiety. I take a 50mg troche with morning coffee and then microdose flower all day, 2nd 50 mg troche after dinner. I go through a half oz to 3 quarters of an oz a week.

Best thing I did was staying 4 months away from weed

When I started smoking again, just a tiny bit would get me high

During a couple years, many times I'd have a bad trip after smoking

If I smoked just a bit, I'd feel anxious for not smoking enough but when I smoked the amount I was used to, I'd get paranoic, tired or simply in an overall bad mood

Before quitting for 4 months, I'd roll a small joint and smoke it in 3 puffs every 30 minutes LOL

That was my last batch of indoor-grow weed and it was very different from what I've got today

I enjoy less potent weed now, that way I can roll a small joint, smoke it all and enjoy a good, mild high

But I had to change my food habits too and exercise is a must.
