Thing I noticed about the US is how when they get a surplus or just a reduction in the deficit, the government whichever party it is, starts spending and drives the deficits up again @wizer.
In Canada governments here are guilry of the same thing but not quite as extreme as the US.
Seems government credit cards don't operate on the same principles as their mortal citizens do. Of course if we ran up the credit cards the way governments do we'd go broke in no time flat . The average person is run by revolving credit. But clearly governments & even corporations (especially the larger ones) run by their own system of credit.
I wonder what keeps this system of extended credit & endless money printing going.
