....and it only cost 3 billion dollars.
.Years ago during my incarnation as a NYC street photographer I would seek out graffited buildings. One day I went to shoot one I knew of...there was always some new art being introduced....I get there and there's a couple of "community minded individuals" painting it over in an effort one passerby likened to that of a 10 year old. I pleasantly thanked them with providing the local artists with a fresh canvas, and asked the pretty lady if we could get together sometime.
. Of course that fresh canvas probably only cost about 10 or 20 bucks, but hey - Hurrah for Texas.

Four years after Gov. Greg Abbott announced Texas would be the first state to build its own border wall, lawmakers have quietly stopped funding the project, leaving only scattered segments covering a small fraction of the border.

That decision, made in the waning hours of this year’s legislative session, leaves the future of the state wall unclear. Just 8% of the 805 miles the state identified for construction is complete, which has cost taxpayers more than $3 billion to date.

The wall no longer shines bright in the trumpoverse, now it’s chasing the low hanging fruit of farm and hospitality workers for the amusement of cable news viewers.

They seem to have a problem building walls.

Priorities people; priorities.

We have a new Crusade upon which to embark in the middle east and it's going to take all of our collective blood, treasure, and propaganda to sell it to the unwashed masses who tend to get squeamish about incidentals like massacred children and WW3. We have to mobilize every federal state and local resource to manufacture consent for ushering in Armageddon despite the protestations of those hippy-dippy morons who actually believe in "human rights" and "peace".

The pussies.
