FAKE food is hardly new, Lotus. Most people 75 years and younger were raised on the stuff. The problem there is they never learned later to make sound dietary decisions. Personally I think stress related health issues/triggers are culprits.

My grandmothers made everything from scratch and had vegetable gardens. Fast foods, chips and sodas are the worst culprits. I refuse to eat junk. Mostly because I enjoy the skin glow.
I eat very little junk, mostly because it makes me feel like absolute shite. I love cookies, though. And I just went to my neighbor's 91st birthday party. They had Portuguese sponge cake, which is deeeeeeeelish.

.Very definitely. Though I must say in spite of my recent ridicule of the "gamers", I'm quite contented that so many choose to stay in doors playing kiddy games. Take today for example. Two and a quarter hours on the trails and I only saw one mountain-biker. Whole place was mine. Game on, gamers and other couch-a-taters.

I love a good cookie… especially a war chocolate chip fresh from the oven with a glass of milk.
Sponge cake is my mother’s favorite. We have it for her birthday every year with sliced fresh strawberries and whip cream made fresh lightly sugared with cane. Omg it’s soo good.

The sugar I put in my coffee is $15 per bag for 8 oz. It’s ethically sourced and tastes delicious. The craziest part is my grandmother made me cream of rice growing up and I could never get it right… until I bought this sugar! Omg it was like being taken back in time.
