I think he's looking at reality, 70% of Americans are overweight or obese.

I agree. There is too much crap in our food, but you have to admit that Europansy in the video is quite the bigot toward we Americans.

Liquid calories are the worst.

I only drink water, unsweetened hot/cold tea, and coffee. Milk very infrequently.

Now people drink energy drinks, coffee, juices, milkshakes, Boba, slushies, aguas frescas and all sorts of other liquid calories...it's really bad.

I am not overweight, I do not own a gun (gunz er fer ho moz - how free are you when you need a gun? LoLz), I do not drink tap water, and do not take or need prescription medications (an occasional aspirin to aid in relief of a hangover perhaps). Further, I do not buy what is being sold, either in the way of adulterated foods (unadulterated being the only kind of food there is) or in ideas or politics or bullshit philosophy simply because it is there - choices are available for the making. So, regarding freedom, or FREEDUMBS (if you are a conservatard), if you have lost them, blame yourself.
