It seems the minority shall retain their ability to slow down or stop highly objectionable partisan bills in the Senate. The filibuster shall remain in place. Now, Dems can still use reconciliation to get through some hyper partisan garbage but their ability to ignore bipartisanship and simply steamroller garbage through has been drastically curtailed. That means Dems are actually going to have to reach out across the aisle and that is a good thing.
