WTF is he besides a wart on Frump's ass? And Speaker Johnson looks like a deer caught in the headlights. All this is because the useless nimrods can't pass a budget, the most basic part of their job. That means that if Agent Orange wants to give his wealthy dick lickers a tax cut, he will have to demand a debt limit increase to cover it. And we all know how the Republicunts hate debt limit increases. So he blew a gasket and demanded that they re-do the bill, either raising the debt limit much more or eliminating it altogether.
