A conservative republican who endorsed Trump for president and just happens to disagree with him on a few specific policy positions (mostly centered on fiscal issues) is "anti-Trump" but someone who has literally called Trump "Genocide Don" and "a moron" plus doesn't align with him politically at all is a Trump supporter?
