Bastard Factory has been my universal screenname going back to the tail end days of 2005s Consumption Junction, Freakhole, Blows, and 517 Underground to name a few. After being banned from everywhere for doing everything I decided to create my own message board in late 2007 with how I viewed house rules, trolling and tolerance. I prefer to let off-topic talk/images happen daily... low moderating and few rules. I also prefer not to ban or delete threads. This place was original set up to be my 'blog' and if people noticed, posted it was a bonus.

So the longtime name was only fitting for a message board.

Cool! I like that story. It makes sense to keep a name that fits you. Somehow you get attached to those things :)

If I may, I am wondering how you came to choose the name "Bastard Factory". Because as far as I know that describes a woman and you are not a woman.

I don't think he is allowed to modify the software, it is bought software and the license probably forbids modifications. ;-)

Plus you have to know what you are doing, it is not without a reason that good software engineers are hard to find. You might break more than you fix :-)
