Fire arms laws trump "props". What I was taught in the Forces was "You and only you are responsible for the weapon in your possession". The fault is the lack of fire arms training for all handling the gun. Unless you think hollyweird luvvies know more than the military on this. Each person should of checked it as it was passed on.
