If you watch the video the driver deliberately swerved to hit the mother and infant child. Gaston is literally a self declared communist "revolutionary " and his parents were both radical left wing terrorist members of the weather underground terrorist group. He is openly racist and declares blacks and Hispanics cannot be expected to be held to the same standards as whites and should get lesser charges compared to whites or Asians. He also openly says whites and Asians should get longer sentences for the same crimes.
This, of course, violates the equal protection clause of the constitution but leftists don't care about the constitution anymore. Just like they hate free speech and the 2nd amendment. The idiots in L.A. failed to recall Gascon last year even as crime and violent crime skyrocketed in L.A. due to that evil racist communists policies. He is facing a second recall attempt thos year and hopefully now enough people understand what an evil racist piece of shit Gascon is.
BTW I believe this occurred in the same small beach town which Murdy lives in.
