They condemn the building until inspection is completed. Or in our case they give the landlord time to complete repairs first. How coincidental that everything happened like it did. We talked the landlord into ending our lease a little early without consequence to make life easier for everyone involved.

Probably be around the next 2-3 months while hubby finds us a new place. Gonna stack money and pay off some credit cards too. Probaly share my experiences navigating life in my hometown after 32 years of living in York county. My hometown has become a shitpit of meth and heroin ugh.
