Tucker Carlson and Rachel Maddow both made similar court arguments that they are "entertainment" and "opinion" rather than strictly peddlers of empirical facts. Someone ought to tell their audiences though... it seems those audiences still consider Tucker, Rachel, and Alex trusted sources of (dis)information.

She is not anywhere even in the same ballpark as "those people" she is highly educated, studied at Oxford, and owns a Phd in Politics.

The issue then to me is people like Alex Jones who feed off some legitimate theories but ends up distorting its perception, then its those grains of truth that are still relevant sure it may appear to many to be gaslit but all isn't clear nothing bad is easy so if we apply the fact lies will be made to elude us where are they as 8/10 the powers that be are misguiding the masses to appear transparent and of good merit

Propaganda must always have some kernels of truth to make it related to the target audience. ie there is no massive election fraud, but paint a picture of mystery ballot deliveries and all that horse shit and people start questioning elections....which opens the door to the extreme right to work on election access minimization tactics.
