Do other men pull back their foreskin when peeing?

Hi, here’s a picture for illustration. I’ve heard it mentioned quite a few times—and seen it myself (in public restrooms)—that some men don’t pull back their foreskin when peeing, causing them to spray everything uncontrollably. Is that normal? Do many of you not do it?
