Lately there's been this proposal to seize Russian assets outside of its borders to pay for the Ukraine War effort,

Do you think this is justified or not?

What's yer take/opinion.

I know what mine is.

Of course not.

It's only being proposed because the sanctions we've already put on them have failed miserably to have any effect other than fucking up our and especially Europe's economies. It's a desperation move that only provides further evidence that BRICS and other forward-thinking nations have every valid reason to move away from using weaponized dollars for trade or any other purpose.

Once the dollar is no longer the world's default reserve currency who do you suppose that will hurt the most?

It's the latest idiot move by 'Murica in a lengthening history of idiot moves that show no foresight or grasp of reality and will ultimately prove suicidal for our economy and maybe even our nation as it is now configured.

Instead of respecting our position is issuer of the world's reserve currency and using that position to promote growth, stability, and social advancements we've exploited the position to our own benefit at the expense of the rest of the planet; actually propping up dictatorships, monarchies, and all manner of corrupt vassal states.

It won't have the intended effect but will intensify the distrust and enmity that 'Murica has already earned.

"Should we" is a stupid question about a stupid proposition that's been engineered by stupid people for stupid reasons.

And that was Gary, the Kremlin’s RT Journalist.
