Brown Trout, I don’t eat them though I hate eating any freshwater fish lol they taste like shit and mud...

Get your trout and clean it then rub with olive oil inside and out then place a rosemarry branch inside and wrap in foil and cook on a BBQ grill 5 mintures each side and if you don't like that then you just don't like fish !
