"I voted to repeal 'Don't ask, don't tell' and was an original supporter of the bill that would make it illegal to discriminate against someone in the workplace because of their sexual orientation," he said at the time. "It is also for that reason that I oppose amending either Indiana's or our nation's constitution to enshrine in those documents an 'us' and a 'them,' instead of a 'we.' With the recent Supreme Court arguments and accompanying public discussion of same-sex marriage, I have been thinking about my past positions and votes. In doing so, I have concluded that the right thing to do is to support marriage equality for all."

Yep, like I said back then, these asshols just want to get you used to it until they can butt slam you with the full on gay.

Hi Lolmar
hope yer having a pleasent Good Friday
Why thank you X. You too! :ThumbsUp1:

I often thought that if they were to have gay marriage that it should have been a separate institution from traditional or heterosexual marriage. Prior to its legalization in the US, a number of States approved of same sex unions but Obama jolly well decided that the issue was settled and that was identical to traditional marriage.

I believe Switzerland allows or recognizes same sex unions but they still don't equate it with traditional marriage.

People like you gave faggits separate but equal civil unions but that wasnt good enough, just as I said it wouldnt be.

I didnt get to decide the issue in my country either @Lokmar. A case was decided by unelected judges of the Supreme Court of Canada & the Prime Minister at the time didn't block it. And so it was legalized. But there was no vote. So it was not decided by referendum or DemocratIC means.

This contrasts to Switzerland where they have true democracy and the issue was decided by Swiss citizens via referendum.

I would have preferred same sex unions just like a separate legal 3rd gender status for transsexuals in India. Separate but equal. Just like separate men's and women's change rooms.

And I wonder why nobody screams bloody murder about why men are banned from womens locker rooms if they are so eager to allow trans men into them even tho they still have male genitals. That's insanity.

It's so fucking idiotic stupid and so obvious a contradiction just like the story of the Emperor who had no clothes.

Did I?

I didn't even vote for the Canadian Prime Minister who legalized same sex marriage Lokmeer. In fact I never voted for him. So it was not my choice nor did I have a say in it.

Because it wasnt done FOR homosexual people. It was done for the purpose of being weaponized against other groups of people.

Everyone was fine to just let other people live how they wish. Conflict had to be crafted and pushed as propaganda.

So they think that others are just bigots who are attacking their rights and that gives them the activist motivation to attack the rights of others. People are discouraged from talking to and understanding eachother. It's just called "hate". But common sense should tell you that "hate" isnt the same thing for every group. For the Christians....hatred is to fail to warn people of Gods wrath and fail to tell them about Christ. To secular people, hatred is disagreeing with people or any criticism. For the LGBT politcal group, hatred if a failer to join their cause.

And this is a view that's been pumped as propaganda for years now.

Otherwise we would all be peacefully coexisting and respecting the true diversity of the country. That doesnt benefit the corporate/political establishment though. So they create conflicts by exploiting the true diversity of the country. The LGB was a good trojan horse for the medical industrial complex to add and push the T issue. And that's how a good chunk of homosexual people are calling it.

You would think by now history would have taught people the way this is going isnt going to end well for anyone and that they would work to foster more unity. But that's why we have the term "useful idiot". Its kinda scary to realize the level of hate people have towards you not even knowing you because theyve been so tribalized. That's how genocides and human rights atrocities happen. We are far more likely to see that than we are to make any real progress.

Look asshole, you just said you support same sex unions. Quit being a fukin idiot.

Yes, I would have preferred governments creating a separate institution for same sex unions instead of lumping them in with traditional marriage.

Similarly - creating a 3rd gender for Transgenders as well so they don't kill womens sports or end up in womens prisons.

You cant ban human behavior but it certainly can be regulated and limits placed upon it.

They did have like a common law union in some states. The progress was being made where homosexual couples were being recognized legally as a common law union.

And you are right. It could have been done in a way where everyones needs and rights were honored. But exploiting the conflict between Christains and homosexuals is useful. You can easily make a villan and a hero sort of paradigm where you can infringe upon individual rights and liberties while making it look like some civil rights progress. Homosexuals could have simply had their own "marriages" without changing the definition of traditional marriage.

Redefining things is how they start removing rights. Marriage is redefined so Christian's are bigots if they hold onto traditional marriage.

That's exactly what's happening with the trans rights activists. There cant just be a 3rd gender or any livable compromise. The goal is to strip rights....not preserve them. And this whole push to remove the need for a diagnosis of actual gender dysphoria, they have opened it up to the ones who do it out of a fetish. The autogynophiliacs are now claiming to be trans. And pushing this notion that its normal and not an illness and that we have to accept this because theyll kill themselves.

They are redefining woman.

So now womens rights can be stomped on by changing "woman" to an identity that anyone can have. We now have no sex based rights. So womens rights AND gay peoples rights(a lot of them are saying they are pushed back into the closet) and its presented as civil rights progress.

That's how authoritarians get people on board with them. They create a conflict and stigmatize any opposing views as hatred and bigotry and claim that it's the opposition that wants to take away rights from this marginalized group. They create fear of backlash to keep opposition silent. The TRAs are so insanely violent and hateful of opposition that its disturbing.

It's not enough to give transpeople their own recognition. Women would still have rights. And the point is to remove rights. So they have to make it that "transwomen are real women". If you cant define woman.....you cant defend women.

If it were about equality and diversity, transpeople would have their own accommodations and be living peacefully in society. The conflict is created and its created for division and to drive hate and destroy the country from within. The whole transing children and putting them on a medical pathway is revolting and terrifying.

It's not enough to allow other groups to have their own......it HAS to be imposed upon everyone and the intention is removing rights.
