I'll get to it as soon as I'm finished looking through thousands of posts about cum splattered homosexuals to find out if @The Prowler is posting a bunch of nonsense.
The point being they are not auditing with a fine tooth comb, they are not discovering trillions of dollars in theft, they are putting the cart before the horse and simply setting an arbitrary goal of a trillion dollar cutback and then making up the excuses after the fact, aka ‘Obama gave 900 Billion Dollars to Paraguay to sex change the entire country!!!’ Harrumph harrumph!!!

I often do that when in the company of other adults, maybe it's the salesman in me speaking to my audience.

List the 5 points of the successful sale.
Sounds like the steps to a sale often talked about in training, 1 meet and greet, qualify, present product trial close trial close trial close close, but let me first say this about that. I spent most of my sales career in the car business, and I remember asking days after starting in that field "So what is a good deal?" 'a good deal' being a phrase heard on the lot....one of the guys told me a good deal is when you customer drives away smiling at you smiling at them, both parties are happy with the outcome.

I made more money in sales than any other sector I worked in in my career. With my first sales job I got flown out to CA and trained with Zig Ziglar, who taught me to sell in this manner...

Ultimately the economy will improve as a result of Trump's government shrinking policiies.

Just gotta grit your teeth through the pain.

Of course that doesn't apply to the useless government employees who are out of a job.

So we should just grit our teeth until 2028 (or before hopefully) while Trump dismantles the government and causes inflation to rise to previously unseen highs?

During his presidential campaign, Trump never missed an opportunity to harp on inflation, promising that

he would “end inflation” and lower the costs of groceries, cars and other common goods.

Well, it’s day 40, and inflation saw its

in over a year. Blink and you might have missed that Trump and his fellow Republicans have largely abandoned their concerns about inflation to focus on government “waste”.

While Trump hasn’t fulfilled his campaign promise, he is living up to his usual brand of politics: the blame game. And this blame, as usual, is rooted in generating anger against “undeserving” Americans.

Before I ever thought I'd be a salesman I took a Sales class at the Community College right out of the service, that was essentially his model

His was more like

1. Initial Benefit Statement: The Navy it's not just a job, it's an Adventure!

etc

Once I figured out the value of well placed trial closes, some of which sounded idiotic when I first heard them, like this one to ask on a test drive "So Bob, will this automobile fit in your driveway?" **Bob imagines this shiny new status symbol sitting outside his abode in front of god and his shitty neighbors with their stupid new car, a smile grows on the edge of bob's lips as he envisions his new car out front** Sales got easier...

"So school gets out for the summer pretty soon, do you guys have any vacations planned" "Oh yeah? Disneyland is great! You guys flying or driving down?" "I love that drive down I5!"

I sold cars for about a year, did that same visualization close. Good stuff.

I had to quit that field over the greed, grift and basic dishonesty. Then I learned nutrition and supplements and created an equine performance supplement line. We grew that into a 15 mil a year flagship company.

Seriously the only “dishonesty” I ever knowingly engaged in were the little white lies one says out on the lot. “Will they give me $5 Million dollars for my 94 Dodge Neon?” “Wow, that sounds like a lot but my boss loves old Dodge Neons so who knows anything’s possible” as opposed to”Are you kidding me, we’re probably going to have to charge you a hazardous waste disposal fee!”

well I would do a deal that the client could afford and the managers would always take it over and fuck it up telling me I had done it wrong because we made a profit and the buyer could afford the deal.

Didn't take long.

There are, or were some shady people in the business over the years, I’ve heard some crazy stories from friends. But I’ve been fortunate to work for mostly honest people

But car sales is not for everyone, I’ve hired several people I thought would be rock stars but they just couldn’t get it going. A few of them couldn’t cope with ‘not doing anything!’ You know the time spent standing around idly waiting for a “fresh up” drives some worker bee types batty, and the ones that can’t handle the “rejection” of spending an hour or more with those nice people and not closing them.

I'm sure you think your use of the term "obliviati" makes you seem clever. But you've used it far too many times now. It makes you sound like you have a very limited repertoire. Shall I say, like a broken record? Come on. Up your game!

Let me guess, you got fired because you were caught sucking a potential customer's cock in the back seat of a dealer special.

@jack told the potential customer there's a BIG bonus waiting for him in the back of that dealer special, hop on in and let's see what we can cum up with to make this deal work for you.

The next scene takes place in @jack's office where he hands the customer the pen to sign the for the car purchase, but suddenly @jack coughs and a big wad of cum flies out of @jack's mouth and they have to call the secretary to bring a new contract because it's covered in semen.

It is le mot juste. It describes the class of people who credulously believe every single word spoken on legacy media without exercising even the most cursory critical thought regarding what they hear, and at the same time rejecting -- with equally fervent thoughtlessness -- anything which contradicts what the legacy media has told them.

In other words, that class of people who have adopted obliviousness as a sort of inflexible personal policy.
