I had those discs coming to my house for 15 yrs.... gonna miss it.

They sent me an email yesterday telling me to not bother sending back any discs, just keep them.

Looks like my BluRay player is borderline obsolete.

I have had Netflix since the disc era too. I used them for many years from the early days and always enjoyed the service.

Physical copies of games, music and movies will stop being made very soon.

Makes me think of people I've known over the years who've spent probably thousands on dvd collections. Wonder if they'll be worth anything in time.

They are cheap right now. Usually free. And great to take on camping trips.
