It was the charge that screwed it. I think it was like.....first degree murder charge. In order for it to be first degree murder, they have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that Zimmerman approached Trayvon with the intent to kill him.

So they clearly couldnt prove that, so he was acquitted. If they had gone with a manslaughter charge Zimmerman could have been convicted. That's more what it was.

The dispatcher TOLD Zimmerman NOT to approach that kid. But he did anyway.....and it caused a violent altercation where the kid was shot. Zimmerman may not have intended to kill this kid....but he was 100 percent responsible for what happened and because of his disregard for what the dispatcher instructed, Trayvon is dead.

You cant really be mad at Trayvon if he attacked Zimmerman because all this kid knew was some strange man with a gun approaching him.

So the events were unfortunate and avoidable had this dumb ass just listened to what he was told and stayed in his car and let the police handle it. Because he didnt, he caused a situation that resulted in a death. He is definately guilty of manslaughter.

But it wasnt first degree murder, so the prosecution fucked it by bringing that charge. It's almost like they purposefully fucked it.

There is no proof Zimmerman intended to kill Trayvon. So the charge was bad. The jury couldn't convict that. A similar thing happened over a year ago with regular men chasing down some guy who was messing around in a house that was being built.

The guy (Arbury....or something like that) was indeed tresspassing on that property, possibly looking for stuff to steal or just dicking around. But these random men called the police....but then went chasing after the guy in a truck with guns.

So they cornered him and he went after them, so they shot.

I mean these guys are not police and they dont have any business trying to detain another citizen. I dont care that he had been tresspassing. He was leaving on his own when the men persued him....the police had been called....so they had no business chasing this guy with guns. No shit he went at them. Who wouldnt?

You are running and being chased by other citizens and they have a gun....and they block you. You dont know what they are going to do. You are GONNA fight.

Now if this guy had been seen abusing someone, molesting or going after a child or beating or raping a woman, yeah chase the fuck. But this idiot was just walking around a construction site.

He was approached aggressively by a total stranger who tried to disarm him. So Kyle had the right to defend himself.

Then he was chased by other aggresive people who wanted to harm him and disarm him....while he was FLEEING towards police. He had the right to defend himself.

I posted at TR in spurts.....I never knew him well.

But that's always been an argument. Zimmerman was told not to approach the kid. He disregarded this. So this kid attacked him.....and probably attacked him because it was a strange man following and confronting him.

We have no way of knowing what was done or said before anything physical occurred. For all we know, Zimmerman grabbed that kid and the kid fought.

We know Martin was able to get the upper hand and he was going for Zimmermans gun(so Zimmerman says).....but who wouldnt try to disarm someone who was coming after you?

Zimmerman may have saved his own life because that kid may have killed him. We dont know. But the fact is, if Zimmermans life was in danger? HE put his life in danger by approaching a strange kid and causing that kid to feel the need to defend himself from some strange man who.. like you said....could have been a sex trafficker or thug himself.

He disregarded the police, didnt wait for police, because he wanted to play neighborhood cowboy and because of his poor choices someone...a kid even...is dead.

It should have been a manslaughter charge. Zimmerman created the circumstances in which he shot the kid in "self defense", so even with reasonable doubt on the murder charge its STILL his fault that kid is dead.

Regular ass people have no business trying to enforce laws or go after other citizens like that. Get police and stay out of it. UNLESS that person is actively harming another person.

Yep. My daughters know NOTHING good happens out on the streets at night and that you NEVER go walking around at night.

That's what I love about Portugal. None of that shit, except maybe in Lisbon. But I don't live in Lisbon. I wouldn't want my daighter walking around alone at night here, either, but I wouldn't be panic stricken if it happened. Not at all. The people here are so much more civilized.

Kyle was NOT trying to enforce any laws. He was giving first aid and helping community members protect property.

Rosenbum started going after Kyle when Kyle put out a fire. Just like Zimmerman, Rosebum had NO right and NO business pursuing Kyle and putting his hands of him or trying to take his gun.

After that, no one had the right or the authority to chase after Kyle and attempt to harm him or disarm him.

This isnt different from Zimmerman going after another citizen. Or the men who chased down Arbury.

The men Kyle shot were actively pursuing him, there are SEVERAL videos of this.

Also none of those rioters had any business being in Kenosha burning down peoples property and terrorizing that community. No one tried to citizen arrest them.....community members had the right to protect themselves and property.

So no....he wasnt "enforcing" anything. He was being persued by rioters with criminal records who were attempting to "enforce" on Kyle.

You dont go after other citizens as if you have any authority over them. Ever. They have the right to fight you and defend themselves.

Its also much smaller, Lotus. There are many very safe communities with very low crime rates here in America. We are a much bigger country.
