When you read post murder, you will realize he did intend to kill someone. He has a history of violence and gun violence. He is what the black guy said on your video the other day about the murder of Officer French... Zimmerman is a THUG!~It wasnt murder if they fought over the gun and he shot in self defense. And from the testimony of witnesses and the physical evidence, thats what happened. That dumb nigger fought the white mexican for the gun and lost, idiot. For Trayvon Martin ~
The Dyer Anti-Lynching Bill was first introduced in 1918 by Representative Leonidas C. Dyer, a Republican from St. Louis, Missouri, in the United States House of Representatives as H.R. 11279.[1] It was intended to establish lynching as a federal crime.
Legal Definitions of Vigilantism and Lynchings:
Vigilantism ~ is the act of enforcement, investigation or punishment of perceived offenses by lynching without legal authority.
Lynching ~ a form of violence in which a mob, under the pretext of administering justice without trial, executes a presumed offender, often after inflicting torture and corporal mutilation. The term lynch law refers to a self-constituted court that imposes sentence on a person without due process of law.
That fucking piece of shit that murdered Trayvon should have gotten life in jail.
Except that wasn't what happened was it? And since Trayvon, a juvenile, minding his own business, was attacked by an armed nutjob, isn't here to tell his side of the story, the jury weren't party to the whole truth. A guilty man walked free.
It was the charge that screwed it. I think it was like.....first degree murder charge. In order for it to be first degree murder, they have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that Zimmerman approached Trayvon with the intent to kill him.
So they clearly couldnt prove that, so he was acquitted. If they had gone with a manslaughter charge Zimmerman could have been convicted. That's more what it was.
The dispatcher TOLD Zimmerman NOT to approach that kid. But he did anyway.....and it caused a violent altercation where the kid was shot. Zimmerman may not have intended to kill this kid....but he was 100 percent responsible for what happened and because of his disregard for what the dispatcher instructed, Trayvon is dead.
You cant really be mad at Trayvon if he attacked Zimmerman because all this kid knew was some strange man with a gun approaching him.
So the events were unfortunate and avoidable had this dumb ass just listened to what he was told and stayed in his car and let the police handle it. Because he didnt, he caused a situation that resulted in a death. He is definately guilty of manslaughter.
But it wasnt first degree murder, so the prosecution fucked it by bringing that charge. It's almost like they purposefully fucked it.
That's the part these leftists here who are obsessed with race do not understand. The evidence has to prove the charge beyond reasonable doubt....and it didnt here. There is no proof Zimmerman intended to kill Trayvon. So the charge was bad. The jury couldn't convict that. It wasn't that didnt have the whole, it's that the specific charge had way too much reasonable doubt.
He killed a gangbanger thug though, who likely would have been shot and killed anyway in the near future, so meh.
I agree with Caskur on this one. She kinda beat me to it lol.
The kid was just walking home with snacks. Zimmerman has a much worse record.
Pretty sure I read Zimmerman was an abuser as well. He is a democrat, and that's bad enough.
I don't know all the details, I just recall hearing about the kid not being the little angel which the media painted him as and Zimmerman being referred to as white.
