If Congress which is controlled by these democrats is so mindful of the Americans in the cusp of losing their shelter why hadn't they begun drafting legislation to halt evictions as soon as they were granted a 30 day stay? After all, the Supreme courts ruling does not take issue with the concept itself but with the fact that you have an agency attempting overstep their authority in doing only something congress is allowed to do

If congress passes a moratorium, they should be forced to pay the landlords in full. Bums pretty much need to GTFO.
