If you were an Islamists, and you were IRGC, wouldn't you paint Isreal and the US as "taking over Iran"? When in reality Iran is being liberated from a brutal, oppressive regime that took THEM over years ago. But they paint this as Isreal and the USA taking THEM over.
Go look at what Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan USED to be before Islam. Iran too. These were all distinct countries with their own cultures.
