We picked up the pig this morning. Brined it, and seasoned it. She’s about 90 pounds. Expecting about 40 people. Most are Vintners from the Alexander valley. She will be racked on the spit @ 7am, Saturday. Shes in the cold box right now. Should be a cool end of the summer party.
