Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth blames 'Biden IRS' for a tax audit after not paying $33k
Secretary of Defense bizarrely blamed former president and the outgoing members for a tax audit that was reportedly served to both him and his wife on Monday. The official took to X to express his disdain for the former president and those who worked in the agency.
"Of course the outgoing Biden IRS rushed an 'audit' of the incoming SecDef," adding that the whole thing was a "sham." He added, "The party of 'norms' and 'decency' strikes again. We will never back down."

The tweet comes after Hegseth made a controversial move by signing an order to reinstate the original name of a renowned special operations forces base, The to eliminate names representing those who opposed liberation.
