How does Guitar Center stay in business?

Their website is a joke, they don’t respond to emails. I had one CSR get a hold of me on a guitar I was interested in and “bought” over the phone with him, only to find out it had been “sold” the next morning, which I doubt since the price was almost too good to be true. No one responds to emails etc m, oh well I hear good things about Sweetwater.

Local pawn shops are a good place to look for guitars.
