His name is Mochi and he is SO fucking cute!

A friend of mine got him two years ago(he is only 2 years old) to be a bunny buddy for their older rabbit. But it hasnt worked out...there has been aggression.... and her allergies are really bad with two. She wants to rehome him.....and I HAD to say yes.

So this weekend we are going to pick him up and we are gonna build a rabbit hutch. He is gonna have the awesomest hutch and get totally spoiled ♡ I hate that cage he is in.

The kids are super excited ♡

We are big animal lovers over here lol.

I really thought it was going to be another cat lol, how do cats respond to rabbits ? I couldn’t have a rabbit I’m sure my dog would eat it...

I have so many cats lol. I have a total of 7 kittens I'm finding homes for. I cant take any more cats as pets but I'll foster kittens.

Cats will typically go after rabbits, especailly the babies. Cats who live outside will eat bunny babies. Cats are predators....so....gonna have to watch them.

I really doubt my cats will be interested beyond sniffing. They are pretty well fed and lazy lol. They dont bother our 3 guinea pigs.

We will build the hutch to go outside on the shaded part of the deck so he can have room outside and a comfy cage inside. I also have what I call the "pig pen".....which is a portable play cage we set up for the Guinea pigs to run around in. He is definately gonna get a lot of attention lol

Isnt he adorable?! His fluffy bunny cheeks are killing me!

Yeah well sweet, a dog and a cat are enough for me though, I have to stop myself or I end up feeling like a zoo keeper...

Yeah we are nuts lol.

We actually want to get chickens, a few goats and bees when we get property. We are looking for 4 to 5 acres so we can have room for gardens and animals lol.
My brother had a little goat, I think it was some miniature breed, it used to sleep in a basket lol, it’s name was Mister T...

There are people close by with cows and horses. And a guy close by has llamas lol.

It would cool to have horses and llamas....but I'm stopping with goats, chickens, cats, bunnies and guinea pigs lol.

A dog is possible. We shall see :D

Have you thought about getting a job with the US equivalent of the RSPCA? My ex planned on doing that because she was a huge animal lover too. The only downside is you get exposed to all manner of animal neglect and cruelty.

Dunno how they do them jobs, same as social services when they see abused kids, I always admire how they don’t punch their fucking heads in when they talk to the culprit...

Hmmm, I am thinking onions, chopped chilis, and lots of butter. Brown each side then enjoy.

So why eat rabbit? Well, rabbit is one of the healthiest, leanest, and most environmentally friendly meats you can eat. Compared to beef, pork, lamb, turkey, veal, and chicken, rabbit has the highest percentage of protein, the lowest percentage of most delicious woman I’ve ever laid my eyes on!, and the fewest calories per pound.Apr 26, 2017

My thoughts as this thread started "Im suddenly hungry"

My thoughts as this thread finished "Im not hungry anymore" lol

Cute bunny Dove lol.

I do love fried rabbit and rabbit gravy though, my great grandma made the best.

I grew up around a lot of animals too. My great aunt, she also worked at a vet's. Always bringing animals home. Before the great flood, she had like a dozen dogs, a dozen cats, and a few horses. She lost over half her animals and everything she owned then. Then she moved, and got some goats, and made a chicken pen/house area. Lots of chickens and goats. Sadly, my aunt old now, and most the animals gone. She doesnt want anymore animals, cause shes worried "who will take care of them when I die" type mentality. I dont blame her.

My cat is going ape shit right now because it is night time and we won't let him out. We normally won't let him out at night because of coyotes (we live near an open space and cats disappear regularly here) but especially not tonight because a neighbor has around 20 cars parked in the street for a party. I just know my stinky butt will crawl under one of them and possibly get squished when they go to drive home.

Not that he seems to care as he sits by the rear sliding glass door and cries his eyes out. I love that cat but I am about to drowned him in a bath tub if he doesn't shut the fuck up.

I don’t let my cat out, too many missing posters stuck on lampposts all the time, someone told me cunts torture cats online, the thought of it makes me sick, so she ain’t going out, she’s grounded...

It seems cruel to me to keep a cat in all the time and never let him out.

Alright.....so we were not able to get bunny last weekend. 2 of my daughters guinea pigs died. We have no idea why. The third one is still alive.

But this was seriously a total shock and my daughter is devastated. We buried them Sunday. So now we have one lone piggy who has never lived alone before so we are now looking for a baby female piggy to join her so shes not alone in her cage. I called the vet yesterday and was told "sometimes they just drop dead and we dont know why".....so that was comforting. (Not really).

And buns arrived yesterday and is settling in well. He hasnt been terrified or angry.....but he definately doesnt take any shit whatsoever. Of course the cats have been going to the cage and shoving their naughty little paws in the cage, but buns will just stomp.....surprisingly loudly, and they stop. One of my cats went air born straight up in the air when the bunny stomped at her lol. It was good shit.

We havent been taking him out or handling him too much, so he can adjust and bond with us on his terms. We will sit by the cage, talk to him and feed him treats.

We decided to rename him but we dont know what yet. He is a lionhead rabbit with the colors of siamese cat lol.

He is so insanely cute I just want to squeeze him until his eyes pop out. I wont though :D

How does anything this fucking cute even exist? It's too much lol.

He eats shit directly out of his asshole and even that is adorable. I guess they are supposed to do that. Apparently they have two different kinds of poop and one kind is meant for them to eat. I've never heard of such a thing....but it's a normal rabbit thing.

If you guys have any name suggestions feel free to share. It has to be something my 4 year old can say.... in public....outloud lol
