So what? He was eating at a restaurant with his friends, some people he did not know asked him to take a picture with them, he good natured complied then went back to the table with his friends.

The judge already ruled this photo from half a year after events was inadmissible plus the ADL and SPLC did investigations into Kyle and both said they found absolutely no evidence that Kyle had any beliefs or connection to any extremist or supremacist groups or ideologies. Facts don't matter to the lying left though.
