Weird. That doesn't happen in sunny California.

But this happens where I live....

How about in California?

Why do you say that?

I'm assuming you've never lived through an earthquake where you're from. Most people that don't live near places where there are earthquakes find them terrifying.

That earthquake you're pointing out was back in 1991. Dude, that was a loooooooooooong time ago. And those places were built with old building codes. Modern construction has made homes much much safer.

It is a picture of a guy riding his own snowmobile.

If you do not know something, you should not assume.

It doesn't matter. Your post wasn't about owning a snowmobile.

It said you can't do that in California. Yes, "you" can ride a snowmobile in California.

Can you just be wrong?

Makes me wonder why your snowbird Canadians come in droves to California?
Some people want warmth in the winter.

So what?

They can live their lives as they want.

I park my car in the garage in the winter. So what?

Do you have a car as nice as a 2023 Corvette? Does this all stem from the fact that you are jealous about my car?

Petty jealousy?

This is a winter vacation home excursion in Cali.
Yeah, it is 10 minutes from my house for almost 3 months of the year.

So I can go for a 10 minute drive to my snowmobile and have access to a trail system that extends thousands of kilometers; you have to go on vacation for something similar.

And for about 9 months of the year I can drive 10 minutes to my side-by-side and rip through the same trail system in the mud and dirt. You guys could drive to some dune buggies and have a rip....but do you?

And I will drive my 2023 Corvette about 7.5 months of the year. You guys could drive a Corvette 12 months of the year. But....do you?

I will ride my snowmobile about 60 hours this winter in 2~3 hour stints. You?

My side-by-side gets about the same use in a year. You?

Fuckin'
Murdock talks about going to the beach for a good time. Boring!!

I can handle about an hour on the beach, and few hours in the water...before I get bored out of my skull and then I want to do something else. Something fun. Laying around roasting like a stuck pig on the beach is not my idea of a good time. But hey! Go Cali!!

Hahahaha!!!!

you can’t roast on a California beach… the ocean breeze prevents that

unless you’re in Palm Springs, but that’s dessert and 1.5 hours out depending on the driver

we have vacay homes in big bear and Palm Springs

He is trying to add Lake Tahoe to that by next year, but it’s 8 hours and my cousin already has a house that we seldom go to. She is head honcho at the GAP and lives in SF, so they go all the time.

Oh it’s scorching alright…. Like that wicked case of the herps you caught on that pandemic swinging camping trip with the relics and their saggy balls.
