Candice has been going off like that since Kirks murder. That is exactly what she has been saying.
And while i think she's gone batshit crazy, I would not exactly be shocked to find out Erika had some thing to do with it. Im not sure i like her very much. She lies about stupid little things that can be easily disproven.
