I am eating one, less often, two meals a day. I don't have a fixed window of time yet though, that's something I have to implement.
I don't have a fixed time either. I just try to make sure I have at least 16 or 17 hours between dinner and breakfast. And I have gotten used to the very late dinner concept living here. 10 is a normal dinner hour. Sometimes I do one meal. If I have breakfast at about 6pm, that'll be it for the day.
It feels so much better this way, doesn't it? What a difference!!
