Sorry, bud, but Father Time is quickly catching up to James and given the other players around him, it doesn't seem like like the team chemistry will mix right during the grind of the season. On paper, they may seem to be contenders, but paper and reality are two vastly different things.

I think it benefits the young guys. If they play him at PF I think it would even help Embiid. James is still athletic enough to get around traditional post players and has the court vision and passing skills to hit Brown, Maxey, and Edgecombe moving without the ball. Should free up guys to get shots without much pressure.
They can load manage James and Embiid during the season with an eye on the playoffs.
I'd have to look at their role players but they might suffer from lack of shooting. Still should be good enough to challenge New York, Cleveland, Boston.
