Many African countries too, some borrowed money from them to build highways and railroads and now, they can't pay because the weak economy of their countries does not allow the infrastructure to be used in its full potential.
I don't blame China, though. They're just doing what they feel is necessary to keep their future safe.

We have 3 Chinese police stations in the GTA , they follow no law but theirs and are under investigation for spying for China .. Some Chinese are being pursued for crimes in China on our soil except they have no rules so attack family and friends until their target returns to China for punishment..

That's not what he said. Just because he recognizes that China is out for their own interests and gets that is what countries will do.....doesnt mean he sides with them.
Empathy(as in understanding others) is hard, though.....for some.

Right? You guys are making it hard to choose.
But I have to say that in terms of overall culture and values, China is a doing a much better job.
China is mostly conservative but not free.
