Do you think MLK would look with pride on the carnage inflicted on minority communities and the 35 people and 7 black children killed over the summer?

Honestly do you think MLK would approve of that destruction? And the repealing of civil rights laws in CA?

They were doubts even from the King family that James Earl Ray might not have been the Killer of MLK:

Even if he was complicit Ray might not have acted alone.

In all seriousness, his daughter seems nice and reasonable. The son sounds like a closet kweirdo.

Even if James Earl Ray fired the shot, I hear stories that he wasn't the only one.

There probably were others who set him up.

Like...how was he to know the exact time and place to be ready to go in for the kill?

And then he wasn't allowed a trial to testify and provide his own account.

It's similar to the JFK assassination where Lee Harvey Oswald happen to know the exact time & place to kill Kennedy.

There must be people informing or telling them what to do

Ray murdered him. There's no doubt. Its a shame the King family were duped by Ray's lies.

However I don't think he acted alone.

That's probably what Ray meant when he said he was innocent/not guilty.

The logistics of killing a well known public figure like that would be monumental.

And it would appear that King had this huge entourage guarding him at all times as the number on that hotel balcony in those photos indicate.

At very least, Ray must've been tipped off, even if he was the one who fired the shot.

Read this history. Kings whereabouts were known 24/7. As far as help, he might have had some help fleeing the country.

“Third, I opposed communism’s political totalitarianism. In communism, the individual ends up in subjection to the state. … And if man’s so-called rights and liberties stand in the way of that end, they are simply swept aside,” King wrote. “His liberties of expression, his freedom to vote, his freedom to listen to what news he likes or to choose his books are all restricted.”

“Man becomes hardly more, in communism, than a depersonalized cog in the turning wheel of the state,” King concluded.
