I accidentally went slumming over at that shit hole forum and can answer your copyright question faster then those fucking brain rotted gimps.
You can use 15 seconds of somebodys music without fear of a copyright strike. A nanosecond more and it hits the built in AI copyright checker.
Youtube purchases certain trending songs that you can use more of their content, but once that expires they usually just mute the entire video instead of striking you.
Or, you can get the blessing of the actual artist, like when I used the Martini song in my podcast. They were huge fans of the show and sent me an autographed guitar.
Many of those content creators you mentioned are also under media networks where their companies pay so their creators can use copyrighted content.
