and I keep very physically active as a hiker and outdoors person.

...anyway, I've always been an athlete, it's just a matter of what I'm pursuing at a given time.
Sometime I will have a private conversation about why these things have always been important to me, all of which revolves around evolution of human consciousness/mind/soul. Things not attainable by couch-a-taters monching bags of chips and bon-bons.
